Mission:
Our goal at Bass Contracting LLC. Is to take abandoned residential and commercial properties in our home town and then every urban area around the country and help our community partners restore them to their former glory. We need community partners to do that. Churches, 501 C 3s, Municipalities, Community Development Organizations, Contractors we'd like to hear from you.
Abandoned properties are much more than eyesores. They are the reason after school programs and city funded resources become limited. The property tax revenue even effects city jobs, public parks, public libraries, even the sidewalks and roads we drive on, these vacant properties attract crime, mischief, homelessness and so much more. Together with Fresh Start Training Academy LLC. We can take these homes and provide trade training, Employment opportunities and home ownership opportunities through our affordable housing program which provides stabilization.
